MacUpdate needs to repair what it reports, to me. It tells that Adobe Acrobat Reader DC has an update that requires Mac OS v10.13. [I have Mac OS v10.13, with a FAST Solid State Drive. :-) ] BUT after I download this, I expand it, then I try to Open it, I am told by Adobe: This software can only be installed on a machine with Mac OS X 10.14 or higher. So I feel sorely mis-led! Please edit what you report at MacUpdate with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Thank you, one at MacUpdate. (The update of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is from v21.001.20155 to v21.011.20039, with Release Date of 11 Jan 2022.)

I was paying the PayPro bill through PayPal and it was easy to cancel the recurring payment there. I might have put off cancelling for another payment or two if there was communication from the new developers letting us know that a new version (which works on Monterey) is forthcoming. But unfortunately, even if their personnel are still alive, they may not have access to the internet.

I had been wondering why I haven't been able use this app. I would run the app and I would have to click "Login Now." Upon doing so, my username/password wouldn't work. However, I can log into the website with the same credentials with no issues. I ended up reaching out to Tech Support (who responded within an hour) and told me that there's a server issue causing the problem. This was two weeks ago. You would figure that either it'd be fixed by now or at least have a notice posted on their website proving updates. Nothing. Thanks to someone in this thread for outlining how to cancel the subscription. I have done just that. Time to move onto something that actually works for a change.

Just a word about MacUpdate. The company is owned by a Ukrainian software development company and was acquired before the Russian invasion. You can imagine what is going on right now in the country. So while it is frustrating to see no further development of the app at this time you might understand why.
I am not associated with MacUpdate in any way. Just a former subscriber who found this out.
